The dust-free Deco Powder is without ammonia and perfume and the content of persulfate is reduced significantly. Meanwhile, the powder contains lots of nourishing ingredients that leave the hair healthier than with traditional bleaching powder. No ammonia. No perfume. The bleaching can brighten the hair with 3-4 tones.
