Needly's pH Balancing Toner fortifies your skin's healthy barrier with light, refreshing hydration, leaving a plump and supple finish.
With a low pH of 5.5, this triple-function balancing (pH, moisture, and sebum) toner is enriched with mushroom, adenosine, and vitamin E (tocopherol) to help plump fine lines and wrinkles, while panthenol (vitamin B5) forms a protective moisture layer over the skin. Its also formulated with niacinamide to brighten and smooth tone and texture, and botanicals like green tea, cica, rosemary, and heartleaf help soothe redness and irritation.
The weightless milky texture effortlessly absorbs into the skin, making this perfect for layering and can be used immediately after cleansing. It's perfect for all dehydrated skin types looking for the ultimate balance of moisture and soothing care.

How to use: After cleansing, pour a small amount onto a cotton pad a sweep it over your face. Alternatively, pour a little into your palms and pat into the skin to aid absorption.
