The SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Toning Toner is a gentle exfoliating toner that can be used daily to remove dead skin cells and excess sebum. This toner owes its gentle exfoliating application to the PHA Gluconolactone. PHAs have a larger molecule size than other chemical exfoliants, making it more surface-based and suitable for sensitive skins. The ingredient Centella Asiatica Extract calms the skin and replenishes the skin's hydration level. Also effective against skin aging, hyperpigmentation and fine lines due to the ingredient Niacinamide.
